Lynn S. Murphy Promoted to EVP, Westcon Group North America

Congratulations to Lynn, who was recently appointed EVP for all of North America. In her expanded role, Lynn will LEAD Westcon and Comstor business throughout the US and Canada, with responsibility for development and execution of business strategy and P&L functions across all business lines. Previously, Lynn served as SVP, Westcon North America.

Many of you know Lynn, who joined the Company in 1997. During her tenure, she has led the Canadian and North American Unified Communications divisions. She also spent a number of years with Bell Canada in various capacities.

Lynn serves as executive sponsor of Women@Westcon, a global community for Westcon employees focused on promoting empowerment and career growth. In addition, she holds membership on a number of global vendor distribution councils and advisory boards.

Patricia D’Souza Appointed to LEAD Professional Services in North America

Patricia has been named Sr. Director, Professional Services, bringing heightened focus on services to drive differentiation and value for our customers throughout North America.

Patricia comes to Westcon from the government sector at the Province of Ontario, where she was responsible for developing enterprise-wide IT strategies to modernize government services and improve operational efficiency. Previously, Patricia spent 14 years at Allstream, moving through progressively senior roles in their Professional Services division and managing strategic initiatives within the organization. She began her career at Tata Consultancy Services in India, contributing to several international assignments.
